This document is the Privacy Policy of Office Overload Solutions (OOS), in the provision of Office Overload solutions and services.

The information that OOS collects is obtained from Clients, and Consultants and Stakeholders with their full knowledge and from diverse sources such as the Internet, Fax, Email and Post. The information is used for the process of satisfying requirements of Clients in delivering Office Overload solutions and services. The information is stored either on paper or in electronic format. The information is not disclosed or used for any other purposes.

How Your Information is Collected

OOS takes all reasonable steps to ensure that the quality of the information that is collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up-to-date. OOS stores Client and Stakeholders’ information in controlled facilities and takes reasonable steps to protect the information it holds from misuse, loss or unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

How Your Information will be Used

Only authorized persons within OOS providing proof of identity and authorized representatives of OOS are given access to information for the purposes of undertaking the requirements of delivering Office Overload solutions and services. OOS obtains express authority from Clients and Stakeholders for their personal information to be released to a third party.

If Clients or Stakeholders want to view, update or have their information removed from Office Overload Solutions database they may contact support@officeoverloadsolutions.com and no reasonable request will be denied.

OOS does not adopt, use or transfer any Identifiers of Commonwealth Agencies or its contractors through our processes. OOS only collects sensitive information when specifically supplied or requested by the Client or Stakeholder.

This policy may be updated from time to time and any changes will not reduce the privacy protection set out above or will not affect information previously collected, unless required by law or otherwise beyond OOS's control. (eg. Technology Changes). Any such changes to this policy that adversely affect privacy protection of the Client or Stakeholders will be reflected in this policy.

How we use personal information for direct marketing

We may use your personal information to provide you with news or other information about our products, services, functions, activities or events that may be of interest to you. In each such communication we will describe how you may at any time request not to receive any further such communications from us. We will give effect to your request not to receive any further such communications from us as soon as practicable.

Our Websites use analytics data and the doubleclick cookie to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website.
